My name is Nick Hand and I make the web more enjoyable by creating attractive websites for businesses and individuals who need an effective online presence. I grew up in Alaska, but now I live in Orlando, and spend my spare time wandering Disney with my wife and kids, serving at church, or hanging out with friends.
Current Ministries
Current Ministries is an organization that my wife and I started with our family and friends at H2O Church. We wanted to see people serving in our community more, and realized it needed something to jumpstart that movement. After a bit of brainstorming and bouncing ideas around, "Current Ministries" was soon realized.
The concept was born from nothing but an idea, so it needed a brand and identity. I designed the logo, followed by the color scheme, which grew into T-Shirt designs for some morale boosting community service projects. Then we needed a way to reach the people! Enter: the website! Over the next few months I designed and developed www.currentministries.com.
The site will be ever-changing and growing to meet and adhere to the needs of the organization, but it suits our needs, and looks fantastic on any device thanks to its Responsive Design.
